🚁 NASA will attempt the first flight on another world

This leap will be taken by a small helicopter called Ingenuity.

It will both be easier and harder than to fly on Earth.

Easier because the gravity on Mars is just 38 percent compared to Earth. Harder because the atmosphere is much thinner, only one percent of Earth's.

The Verge has a great article on the challenges of building Ingenuity.
