How to live a more intentional life, according to a clinical therapist

How do we live with intention without falling into the cycle of becoming frazzled from being too busy? To get out of this cycle and harness our potential, licensed therapist Shannon Thomas offers us a five-step approach that will help you live a more intentional life.

First step: Identify areas of growth. Write down three character qualities you want to see in yourselves. These may be some you’ve already cultivated but struggle to maintain, and others could be personal growth goals that have been out of reach until now.
